Man arrested for B&E of a business
March 12, 2009, Canton, MI - Detroit resident David Norman Itlas, 31, was arraigned in 35th District Court today charged with Breaking & Entering, a 10-year felony; Larceny from a Building, a 4-year felony and Habitual 4th Offender, punishable by up to life imprisonment.
Itlas was initially arrested by Dearborn Police Department on similar charges, when police tied him to a break-in at the iComputer store on Canton Center Road in Canton earlier in the night.
Judge Ronald Lowe arraigned Itlas and set his bond at $100,000 / 10%. His preliminary exam date is scheduled for March 20, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. at 35th District Court in Plymouth.
