Construction site theft is an ongoing problem for both law enforcement and the construction industry. Canton Police Department has partnered with Plymouth Township Police, Northville Township Police and Crime Stoppers to present a construction site theft prevention seminar. We Nail Thieves is being held Friday, February 24, from 2 - 4 p.m., at Canton's Summit on the Park.

Officers will teach proven crime prevention strategies that will help prevent theft at job sites, secure heavy equipment and reduce the overall cost of theft. The goal is to create an environment that makes it difficult to steal. This informative seminar is recommended for builders and their management level representatives.
