Gun Range
The Canton Police Department's gun range facility is located on Van Born Road. Canton trains officers from law enforcement agencies around Michigan and the country. The range can be used for either handgun or rifle qualifications. Some of the facility's features include:

 16 position shooting range

Remote controlled capabilities for operation of targets

Computer programmed qualification courses

Portable target system

Classroom facilities include seating for up to 30 students, kitchen, audio-visual equipment, and gun cleaning station.
 Summit on the Park - PDC Room
Summit on the Park is located at 46000 Summit Parkway, off of S. Canton Center Road in Canton. This room has stadium-type seating with a big screen for projecting presentations.
 Administration Building Training Room
Public Safety has a classroom available in the Canton Administration Building that seats 32 people. The Administration Building is located at 1150 S. Canton Center Road, between Cherry Hill & Michigan Avenue, in Canton. The meeting room is in the lower level of the building.
