Canton is home to two golf courses that offer players scenic and challenging play. Both courses are great for individual play, tournaments, leagues and events.

SENIOR GOLF LEAGUE: AGES 56+

Enjoy the best that the game of golf has to offer. Pheasant Run's senior league will feature two-player teams competing for weekly prizes and awards. You can either select your partner or we can find a partner for you. Participants will enjoy 9 holes weekly with golf car and a year end banquet. Call 734/397-6460 for more information.

START SMART BEGINNER GOLF: AGES 4 TO 7 YEARS

Start Smart beginner golf is a parent/child class for children who have never played golf. This program utilizes age appropriate golf products as kids learn about golf in a fun and safe environment. Parents will learn ways to build their child's motor skills and confidence through a stress free learning environment.

JUNIOR GOLF ACADEMY

This once a week program teaches juniors the fundamental techniques of pitching, putting, chipping, and the full swing. The program will also cover safety, etiquette, course management and proper pace of play.

ADULT LEAGUES AND PROGRAMS

Disc Golf

Head out to Freedom Park and experience the sport shaking up the golf world. Located at the corner of Palmer and Sheldon Roads, Canton's Disc Golf Course wraps through a wooded area with the calm beauty of a traditional golf course.

New and experienced players will find this professionally maintained course challenging. It's a great way to exercise, have a family outing and have some fun. People interested in starting a league or participating in a tournament should contact 734/483-5600.
