Camp Canton
Canton Leisure Services is proud to present Camp Canton, a week-long day camp licensed by the State of Michigan. A summer full of excitement and fun is expected for all. Our goal is to provide each and every child with opportunities that include developing social skills, to build lasting relationships with campers and staff alike, and to have an experience like none other. At Camp Canton we spend our days swimming, creating, reading, and playing sports and games.
Camp Withdrawal Form: If you are unable to attend summer camp please refer to the Camp Withdrawal Form (PDF) for the guidelines to remove your child from camp. All forms must be completed by the participant's parent or guardian and submitted to the Summit on the Park front desk or emailed to the summer camp supervisor. If you have any questions please call 734/394-5460.

Rates & Dates
Camp Registration began online at Cantonfun.org and in-person on Saturday, March 9, 2019
2019 Rates
- $185 Summit Member (child must be listed on Summit Family Membership at the time of registration)
- $205 Canton Resident
- $267 Non-Canton Resident
2019 Payment Plan
- $30 Deposit per child, per week
- Payments paid in the month the child is registered for camp (June, July or August)
Refunds
- $30 Cancellation fee per child per week
- Must be submitted 14 days prior to being considered

- June 7, 2019 5:30 - 7:30 pm: Camp Open House -Stop on by to meet the staff, pick up your Emergency Card, camp t-shirt and take a tour of camp!
Leadership & Staff
Camp Canton prides itself on hiring professional staff who enjoy spending their summer being around children. Camp Canton is licensed by the state of Michigan and complies with all aspects of their training. Additionally, all staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid.
Know someone who would be a great camp counselor? Our summer jobs will be posted online mid-January for jobs starting in May and June.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If the Plymouth/Canton School District closes due to inclement weather during the school year (typically due to winter weather conditions), all Leisure Services Department programs/classes held prior to 4:00 pm will be canceled. For Leisure Services programs/classes that begin after 4:00 pm a determination to cancel will be made no later than 2:00 pm that day.
